Featured Poets/Writers Series
This series is held at the Ryerss Museum and Library, 2nd floor gallery located at 7370 Central Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa. 19111. The Museum sits atop Burholme Park. Readings will be held on most last Sundays of the month with the exception of July/August and December. All readings commence at 1 p.m.

Poets @ Pennypack
We are pleased to present two events at the Pennypack Environmental Center located at 8600A Verree Road, Philadelphia, Pa. 19115. The events will be held at the outdoor amphitheater/ camp fire area in a wooded area just atop a ridge overlooking the Pennypack Creek.

Poets on the Porch
The fourth installment of Poets on the Porch will be held on the porch of historic Ryerss Museum and Library, 7370 Central Avenue, Philadlephia, Pa. 19111 on July 13th. Our Hosts for 2014
Diane Sahms- Guarnieri is a Philadelphia Poet. Diane was recently awarded a grant for poetry by the AE Ventures Foundation in 2013. Diane serves as the Poet in Residence at Ryerss Museum and Library in Philadelphia, Pa. She is a graduate of East Stroudsburg State University and has performed post graduate work at Holy Family University. Her work has been published widely in the small and electronic press, Images of Being, her first full length collection is now available from Stonegarden . net publishing. Currently the Poetry Editor of The Fox Chase Review (2009 –present). She founded The Tenth Muse Poetry Workshop in 2011 and conducts workshops in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Diane served on the Editorial Board of Philadelphia Stories Magazine (2006-2008), founded The Fox Chase Reading Series “2nd Tuesdays Poetry Open Mic” (2009-2011), founded The Center City Poets Workshop (2006-2011). Diane has performed her poetry at venues along the east coast of The United States.

G Emil Reutter is a Philadelphia, Pa. based poet and author. He has worked in the factories, steel mills and rails of the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. His work has been widely published in the small and electronic press and eight volumes of his collections have been published. He has read his poetry at venues in New England, Mid-Atlantic and the Southwest. In 2007 he founded The Fox Chase Review and The Fox Chase Reading Series . Carvings, a poetry collection, is his eighth release
Bruce Kramer is a writer from Philadelphia. Most of his work has appeared in boring technical documents, medical publications, and marketing propaganda, but he has also been published in the occasional magazine and literary publication. He believes in cold beer, rock and roll, and baseball. He sometimes acts like he is named after Bruce Springsteen, but he knows he is named after somebody much cooler. He has poetry forthcoming from Barrelhouse Magazine
Rodger Lowenthal is a poet from Montgomery County. His poetry and book reviews have appeared in a number of small press and electronic publications. He hosts, Under the Stars, a quarterly reading series at his home featuring poets and musicians. Rodger is an occasional book reviewer The Fox Chase Review and Reading Series.
