Diane Sahms-Guarnieri is a native Philadelphia Poet. She is the poetry editor of The Fox Chase Review. Her poetry has appeared widely in such magazines and newspapers as The Southern Ocean Review, Wilderness House Literary Review, Mascara Review, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Levittown Leader, Northern Liberties Review among others.  Her first full length collection Images of Being was released in October 2011. Laura Kiesel’s poems have been featured, or are forthcoming, in UpstreetAmethyst ArsenicNaugatuck River Review, and Ibbetson Street. She has a B.A. in English and Creative Writing from SUNY New Paltz and a M.S. in natural resources from the University of Vermont. She currently resides in the Boston area and works as a freelance science writer and editor. Kristina Moriconi is currently enrolled in the Rainier Writing Workshop low-residency MFA program at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, where she is working on a collection of essays and a collection of poems. Ray Garman is a poet and photographer, an activist and an entrepreneur. Ray has read and performed his works around the world including at Robin’s Bookstore/Moonstone Arts Center, (Philadelphia), The Bowery Poetry Club (New York), The Nuyorican Poets Café (New York), Neither Nor (New York), The Knitting Factory (New York), Shakespeare & Company (Paris), City Lights (San Francisco), The Fringe Club (Hong Kong), St. Marks Poetry Project (New York), La Mama Theater (New York), The Café (Nairobi), Burning Man (Black Rock City) and in Beijing, Shanghai, Hanoi, Hoi Chi Minh City and along the Hoi Chi Minh Trail, among other hot spots, known and unknown, for spoken word. Ray graduated from Haverford College and is a father. He is the author of the critically acclaimed, Crossing Waters. Robert Hambling Davis has published his work in The Sun, Antietam ReviewMemoir (and)Homestead ReviewPhiladelphiaStories, and Santa Monica Review. He is the recipient of three Delaware Division of the Arts Individual Artist fellowship grants, two for fiction and one for creative nonfiction. Robert was a semifinalist in the 2002 William Faulkner Creative Writing Contest, and his story, “Death of a Deer,” originally published inAmerican Writing,was nominated for a Pushcart Prize. RussellReece

Russell Reece has had stories and essays published in Memoir(and)Crimespree Magazine,Delaware Beach LifeDelmarva QuarterlyRaving Dove, Sliver of Stone, EarthSpeak and other on-line and print journals. Russ is a University of Delaware alumnus and a board member of the Delaware Literary Connection. He lives in Bethel, Delaware along the beautiful Broad Creek in rural Sussex County and is currently working on a novel set in that area in the 1930’s. The Fox Chase Review and Reading Series Blog promotes our readings, poets, writers,  interviews, book reviews and general information of interest for our readers and the Fox Chase community.
