Attitude House by Vincent Quatroche

A Poetic Review By:

Rodger Lowenthal- The Fox Chase Review

Prophesying the past  quite the challenge

.

Bang ~ irony  take it seriously

Bang a too serious line ~ note the irony

.

Broken plumbing, (the Santa Claus from hell), appears

.

The grotesque  now the norm

Beautiful abundant cheap love, (what a price to pay)

.

Orbiting misery  bars and memories

.

misery and the same old questions

Everyday new mine field tipping points

.

The “file cabinet” of the past lurks

awaits detonation

.

In your face sarcasm as the nights

.

“thousand eyes are blind”

Stumble  no safe retreat

.

Accept the saccharin taste of failure

.

success a cherished bogey man

“always the pesky distractions ”

Never loose the ‘tude dude
